Music Matters…

Research has proven that music can have an incredibly positive impact on our well being. It can lower stress, make you feel happier, boost your immune system and improve the quality of your sleep.

We are pleased to announce that we will shortly be receiving further funding to continue to deliver music sessions at Lindsay House, a therapeutic environment for people experiencing enduring mental health concerns.

The reaction we have had to our sessions has been wonderful, and it is a joy and pleasure to work with the clients of this fantastic service.
